The Coffeyville Community College Lady Red Ravens return to the court tonight, back at home at Nellis Hall. Struggling the first three games to knock down shots and find an identity offensively, Coffeyville enters the game at 0 and 3 on the year. Losing last week at home against N.E.O, showed Coffeyville they need an offensive leader to step up and lead the charge as they are only averaging 47 points per game through 3 games. That game being played on Tuesday of last week so they've had a full 7 days to prepare and practice to form some offense. Defensively they have stepped up all year long, but are always needing to climb back with points and haven’t been able to yet. They played a great 4th quarter against N.E.O, and if they play all 4 quarters with that intensity they will start winning some ball games. Sophomore Tatiana McCree and Freshman Chesney Downing look to step up tonight as they host Labette Community College. The Cardinals have struggled through the first few weeks as well making them a good team for Coffeyville to get back on the winning track against. We will cover that game for you on FM 98.1 KUSN with a pregame starting at 6:45, tip at 7PM on Jay Herkelman Cort in Nellis Hall.
