A pair of brothers from Cass County Missouri plead guilty in federal court to charges of drug trafficking, conspiracy, and illegal possession of firearms.
39 year old Serjio Diaz and 41 year old Tony Diaz entered their pleas in U.S. District Court. Each faces a possible sentence of 15 years to life in federal prison without parole. Both men admitted to participating in a drug trafficking conspiracy from January 2019 to June 2021 involving heroin, methamphetamine, and cocaine. The brothers also sold large quantities of drugs to undercover law enforcement
Another co-defendant has already been sentenced to 11 years while a fourth currently awaits sentencing.
