South Coffeyville Holding onto Hope for New Gym

South Coffeyville Public School is not giving up hope for a new gym despite failing to pass a bond twice. 900 registered voters in the school district but only 300 voted in the bond election. Superintendent Daryl Pruter says they are putting a committee together to get more out to vote.

Pruter says they are looking at two dates to run the bond election for the third time.  No official decision was made about when to put the bond up for election again. In other business, the board re-elected Wade Lamb as president and Kyle Mansfield as vice president of the board and elected Mike Finney as board clerk.
