The City of Independence will hold an open house next week for the new Community Economic Development Plan.

 City Manager Kelly Passauer says the new plan will take the city into the future.

Passauer says Tuesday night's open house will be a chance for the public to get a look at what the city has planned.

The open house happens Tuesday night at Memorial Hall
