The City of Coffeyville has five public storm shelters.  Those include Field Kindley High School, Community Elementary School, the Early Learning Center, First Church of God on West 5th Street and St. Paul's Luthern Church.  CRMC is no longer a public storm shelter

 

The City of Independence has no official public storm shelters listed but City Hall is open 24/7.

 

The City of Caney has two public storm shelters the Methodist Church at 3rd & High and the Bible Church at 3rd & Main.

 

In Cherryvale, the United Methodist Church is their public storm shelter.

 

The First Baptist Church in Sedan is no longer a public storm shelter.
