The Kansas Department of Health and Environment rescinds the stream advisory for Onion Creek to Willow Creek north of Hamilton in Greenwood County.
The original advisory was issued in February 6th due to water contamination from a crude oil tank leak. Water testing has determined that contaminant levels in the water are within normal levels and the KDHE has determined that the stream is safe for wading and livestock use.
