A Florida man is arrested and charged with election fraud in Kansas.
30 year old George Andrews of Dade City, Florida, was arrested on February 10th for allegedly forgin signatures on petitions to establish a “No Labels” party as an officially recognized political entity in Kansas. Andrews was arrested in Florida and is expected to be extradited to Kansas to face charges in Johnson County. State Attorney General Kris Kobach, whose office will prosecute the case, said the matter of election fraud very serious and called this case an attempt to defraud Kansas voters.
