The Parsons Public Library is hosting a Stay and Play event tomorrow.
Children ages birth to 5 years and their grown-ups are invited to the multi-pupose room in the Parsons Public Library at 10:30am tomorrow. The theme is Black History, with guest speaker Greenbush Parents as Teachers Specialist Paula Kastler. The library is located at 311 south 17th street in Parsons.
