The Independence Police Department has arrested 28-year-old Jareel Rayvon Dungey of Independence on multiple aggravated charges and warrants.
Saturday, officers responded to the area of Pennsylvania and Laurel Street for a report of an altercation. While conducting a canvas of the area, officers located Dungey, who had multiple warrants for his arrest. A Montgomery County District Court warrant stems from a case on August 9th, 2023, involving a robbery and battery investigation.
Dungey was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Department of Corrections on charges of aggravated robbery, battery, assault and burglary and theft charges.
