KDOT Approves Funding For Projects on US-160

 The Kansas Department of Transportation announces approved bids for state highway construction and maintenance projects in southeast Kansas.

 A pair of bids for work on US-160 in Labette and Cherokee counties was included. In Cherokee county, $1.8 million will be used for asphalt surfacing from the Labette/Cherokee county line east to the junction of US-166, K-7, and US-69. In Labette county, $200,000 will be used to resurface US-160 from Oswego to the Labette/Cherokee county line.
