Scammers Roaming Kansas Highways

 Authorities are warning Kansans about a pair of scammers roaming the highways of the state.

 There have been several reports across the state of a pair of men posing as people with a broken down vehicle, asking for help. Victims of the two men report that the pair says they are from another country, are broke, and are unable to access their own money for some reason. Victims describe the men as being Middle Eastern. One report says the victim felt sorry for them and purchased $4,000 in jewelry that turned out to be fake. They are report to be driving a white Chevy SUV with Texas plates. The scammers have been spotted in Barton, Lyon, and Graham counties. Anyone spotting the pair along the roadway should call 9-1-1
