A new employee in the Register of Deeds office has been introduced in Wilson County.

 

Deputy Register of Deeds Director Christina Slaughter welcomes Savannah Blevins to the office, where she will begin working immediately.

 

Additionally, County Coordinator Kris Marple reveals that county surveyor William Cook will be working from home moving forward, as he recovers from a recent accident.

 

Additional items of business at this week's meeting was County Clerk Kayla Busch informing commissioners of the upcoming Southeast Kansas Officials Meeting in April, as well as an update from Road and Bridge Director Kary Tatum.

 

Wilson County commissioners meet at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays in Room 101 of the County Courthouse in Fredonia.
