A Parsons woman is arrested and multiple drugs are seized by the Parsons Police Department.
At around 11:30pm last night, PPD officers were called to a residence for a report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, officers made contact with 21-year-old Grace Harmon and a juvenile. Officers swept the residence, and no burglar was located, but they did notice paraphernalia lying around. After speaking to the homeowner and receiving consent, officers began a search of the residence. Officers located paraphernalia related to the distribution of marijuana as well as the use of marijuana. Officers also found vape pens with THC cartridges and over 340 grams of marijuana, which is roughly 3/4th of a pound.
Harmon was arrested on recommended charges of possession of marijuana, THC and drug paraphernalia, distribution of Marijuana and no drug tax stamp. A juvenile boy was also arrested at the residence for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was later released to his parents.
