Residents of Oswego will soon have a new way to pay bills online.

 

Beginning in January, the City of Oswego will be launching a new online billing and payment system called FrontDesk. The new system offers flexibility to view and pay utility bills in an easy-to-use online portal.

 

FrontDesk users will have 24/7 access to important information such as utility usage rates, service requests, and AutoPay options.

 

Those who are already receiving electronic bills will need to create a new account, or fill out a new form with the City office before February 1, 2024.
