Two Innovation Youth Lab sessions will be held in Coffeyville next month.
The first is on Saturday, January 13th and the second on Monday, January 15th. Sessions are scheduled from 9:00am to 3:00pm with lunch included. Content will be repeated for the sessions so each participant must choose one session that best fits their schedule. The age range for this class is nine to twelve. Participants will spend the morning team building a robot with competition after lunch before building a drone.
Project Coordinator Jim Correll says they are excited to offer their second Youth Innovation Lab after the success of the first event last spring. The sessions and lunch are free and will all take place at Coffeyville’s Reawakening headquarters. Registration is required and the deadline to register is January 5th. Those registering after January 5th will be notified if any spots are open for the class. A link to register can be found here.
