A 67-year old Claremore man dies from injuries in a two vehicle accident.

 The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the accident took place around 3:30 yesterday afternoon on OK-20 at County Line Road 4230, about 7 miles east of Claremore.

 Jeffery Tolson was southbound on county road 4230, when his Dodge Challenger failed to yield and struck a 1994 Buick Century driven by a 16-year-old girl. The girl, whose name is not being released, was westbound on OK-20 when the collision took place.

 Tolson was pronounced deceased on scene by Pafford EMS due to injuries sustained in the collision. The girl was transported by Pafford EMS to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was treated and released.
