A former teacher with the Miami, OK, public schools has been arrested and charged for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a student.

 54 year old Ronald Dale Sanders has been charged with travel with the intent to engage in illicit sexual contact. Authorities claim Sanders sexually assaulted a 14 year old student in the alley behind her house. According to reports, the victim's father discovered the incident and followed Sanders before calling 911. Sanders was then arrested for driving under suspension and transportation of an open alcohol container.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is investigating the incident and the Miami School District is cooperating with the investigation.
