Drivers on U.S. 400 can expect a slowdown south of Neodesha.

The Kansas Department of Transportation has started a concrete patching project on the northbound lanes of U.S. 75/400 in Montgomery County. The road work is located between the south junction of U.S. 75/400 and the Wilson County line. Traffic is restricted to one lane with a speed limit of 50 miles per hour. Weather permitting, the work should be finished by early December. KDOT urges all motorists to be alert and obey the warning signs when approaching and driving through the highway work zone.
