One man is injured and one woman is dead after a three vehicle accident near Sedan.

 The accident occurred around 7:20am yesterday morning on US-166 just southeast of Sedan. A 2007 Chevy Impala driven by 15 year old Grace Prince of Sedan crossed the center line and struck a 2023 Dodge Charger driven by 38 year old Charles Hockett of Mundelein, Illinois. Hockett lost control of his vehicle and then struck a 2019 Kia Soul driven by 54 year old Pamela Long of Niotaze. Long was pronounced dead at the scene. Both Prince and Hockett were taken to Sedan City Hospital, Hockett with serious injuries. There were two juveniles in Long's vehicle. Their conditions are unknown.
