New Meters to Solve Utility Billing Mistakes

 

The electric and water meter change-out process in Coffeyville continues. Director of Customer Service Alesia McFarland says with this process they have found a lot of meter reading mistakes.

 

McFarland says anyone who needs help or has questions about a bill should contact customer service.  McFarland says you can also send her an email with questions at amcfarland@coffeyville.com. They expect the electric meter change out to be down by the end of the month and the water meters by the end of this year.
