Chanute residents hoping to kick up their heels a bit this coming holiday season will have the chance to do just that.
The Chanute Do-Si-Do Square Dance club is offering lessons for beginners Sunday evenings through December 17th. The class is open for anyone age 9 and up and no partner is required to attend. The goal is to get you ready for the New Years Eve Dance or any of the Saturday night dances held by the club. Those interested should wear something comfortable and be prepared to dance Sunday evenings from 5 to 7pm at the Central Park Pavilion in Chanute.
