Authorities in El Dorado have upgraded charges against a road rage suspect after victim dies.
Authorities have upgraded charges against 23 year old Ashton McCoy to include aggravated battery and first-degree murder. McCoy was initially arrested for battery on October 8th for alleged battery against a 74 year old man. The incident occurred at an El Dorado convenience store following an alleged road rage incident.
The 74 year old victim Alton Kent Algrim sustained injuries during the incident. Algrim later died at a Wichita Hospital.
