Rain is finally back in the forecast.

Numerous rounds of showers and a few thunderstorms are expected starting later today and continuing through the weekend. Over an inch of rain is likely just about everywhere in southeast Kansas and northeast Oklahoma, with total amounts of 3 to 6 inches expected across much of northeast Oklahoma. Locally heavy rain and some minor low-land flooding is possible. Severe storms are not expected.
