There have been many questions and concerns regarding utility billing in the City of Coffeyville. City Clerk Melissa Carter says when it comes to paying a bill there several ways to do so including one new way.

Other ways to pay a utility bill include in person at City Hall, online or by mail. Director of Customer Service Alesia McFarland says customers who have paid utility bills for 12 months can sign up for the average monthly payment plan.

Sign-ups for the average monthly payment are only done in October and March. A link to sign up for the AMP plan and a complete list of available ways to pay a bill can be found here.
