The Wilson County Health Department is receiving financial support this fiscal year.

 

The county has been approved for a pair of grants, All Hands on Deck and Kansas Fights Addiction.

 

All Hands on Deck is designed for drug endangered children, and pays $130,000 over two years. Kansas Fights Addiction pays $109,000 over one year.

 

Additional items of business at this week's commission meeting is early voting for Wildcat Extension representatives and school board in the county, as well as the county clerk finalizing levy information for the treasurer this week.
