Police in Jasper, Missouri, are looking for a couple in connection to an assault on a police officer yesterday evening.

 A Jasper police officer responded to a call of a disturbance at a gas station around 9pm last night. When he arrived on the scene, the officer observed a male and female arguing in the parking lot. He approached the couple and began a routine pat down of the female. During the pat down, the female used her fists on the officer and knocked him to the ground. As the officer lay on the ground, stunned, the female got into the driver's seat and ran over the officer's feet twice before fleeing the scene. The female driver has been identified as Raven Gomez and her male passenger as Brandon David. Both are wanted on various outstanding warrants including Felony Assault of a Police Officer.
