Labette County Community College will host a lecture series at the end of this month.
LCCC welcomes special guest speaker Patty McGee to the 38th Annual Jack and Ruth Gibben English Lecture Series coming up on October 27th (next Friday). McGee is an author-educator whose passion and vision is to create learning environments where teachers and students can discover their true potential. She has served schools nationally and internationally to support literacy teaching and learning. McGee is the author of two books. The event happens from 9am until 2:30pm at the Cardinal Event Center on the LCCC Campus.
