A class is coming up for anyone looking to obtain their food handler's certificate.
Kansas State Research and Extension Wildcat District is conducting a ServSafe Food Handler education program next Friday, October 20th at 8 a.m. The training will be held at the Wildcat Extension Office Conference Room, 410 Peter Pan Road in Independence. The program provides education to help keep food safe, and participants will receive a book in class and be evaluated at the end of class to receive a food handler’s certificate, which is good for three years.
