Two Vehicle Accident Injures Three in Craig County

 

Three suffer injuries in a two vehicle crash in Craig County.

 

The injury collision happened last night just after 8:00pm on Highway 60 and Highway 82, about two miles east of Vinita. A 2019 Lexus GX4, driven by 57-year-old Chai Vang, of Tulsa, was making the turn onto Hwy 60. The Lexus failed to yield at the stop sign pulling out in front of a 2005 Chevy Tahoe, driven by 63-year-old Gregory Gorman, of Broken Arrow. The passenger of the Lexus, 54-year-old Ia Change of Collinsville, and Groman were pinned for 30 minutes. The Vinita Fire Department used the Jaws of Life to extricate them.

 

ang was transported by Mercy EMS to Freeman Hospital in Joplin and was treated and released with internal injuries. Change was transported by Air Evac to Freeman Hospital and admitted in fair condition with a head injury. Gorman was transported by Mercy EMS to Mercy Hospital in Joplin and admitted in fair condition with a leg injury.
