The City of Miami's Utility Customer Service Center will be closed until noon today for training.

 All other City offices will be open as usual. Those needing to make payments can do so online at www.miamiokla.net or at either the Welch State Bank or the First National Bank in Miami, or by dropping the payment off in the night box.
