The Parsons Police Department is looking for a man wanted as an unregistered sex offender.

26-year-old Stephen Montreal Dunn is a lifetime register from a 2017 conviction of rape of a victim less than 14 years old in Montgomery County. Dunn was paroled to an address in Parsons at the end of August. He has failed to register with the Labette County Sheriff's Office as a Sex Offender. Dunn is wanted for felony charges of violation of offender registration and active arrest warrants.

According to the Kansas Department of Corrections website, he is listed as a parole absconder, as of September 21. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Dunn is encouraged to report this information to law enforcement.
