Residents of Coffeyville without internet access or who simply prefer not to do business online will now have a new option to pay their bills.

 The City of Coffeyville has an interactive, voice response option to allow customers to pay their utility bills by phone. Residents can use the new system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 866-933-6260.

Debit and credit card payments are accepted and are subject to the 1.75% card processing fee. First time callers will be asked to give their account number and house number by the secure automated system. There is also an option available for Spanish speakers.
