Another Wilson County Old Iron Days is in the books.

 

For four days, visitors were able to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of days gone by.

 

Here's the sound of the Parade of Power and an early-1900s steam-powered tractor. Organizers say equipment like this is very rare to find in operating condition. Old Iron Days Board Member Mike Olson estimates around 2,000 students toured the grounds during the week and got to learn about agriculture and technology used by the pioneers. Wilson County Old Iron Days takes place every fall during the last week of September.
