This Saturday at the Curious Minds Discovery Zone everyone gets in for free. The museum is celebrating Nickelodeon's world wide day of play. Kids and their guardians are invited to explore the facility.
C-M-D-Z was founded in 2012 by a group of parents with the intent of bringing fun, hands-on educational opportunities to kids in southeast Kansas. Kids can play and learn about science and engineering at age-appropriate stations. There is even a designated area just for babies.
At Saturday's event there will be special activities at 11, at 1, and at 3pm. The C-M-D-Z is located at 16-10 South 21st street in Parsons.
