Earlier this week, the U S Marshals arrested a man in Independence in connection to a July 3rd shooting that occurred in Reno, Nevada.
35 year old Zachary Scott Daniel Miller was working in Independence when he was taken into custody on Tuesday.
The Marshals Service has released no other details about the shooting, other than to say the victim was found July 3 in downtown Reno.
Miller is being held on a charge of battery with a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm and currently awaits extradition from the Montgomery County Jail back to Reno.
