It's moving day for city offices in Independence.
All city offices in Indy are closed today as they move into their old-new building the 1916 city hall at 120 north 6th street. City offices will reopen for business on Monday morning. The main public entrance will now be located on the south side of the building, with accessible sidewalks and adjacent parking. City officials thank citizens for their patience as they adjust to their new, but familiar surroundings.
