Single Vehicle Crash Leaves One Dead and Two Seriously Injured

 

One is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Osage County.

 

The fatality collision happened at the Lake and Wells Road intersection about two miles west and a mile south of Skiatook. The 2002 Ford F150 pickup, driven by 37-year-old Jesus Valderrama, departed the roadway to the right, came back onto the roadway, overcorrected to the left and rolled two and half times coming to rest on its top. Valderramam, who was not wearing his seat belt, was ejected 25 feet from the vehicle.

 

He was transported by Skiatook EMS to St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa with head, arm, internal and external injuries and is listed in critical condition. There were three passengers in the vehicle. 27-year-old Raul Azuaje was pronounced dead at the scene by the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner. 36-year-old Richard Ovalles was transported by Skiatook EMS to St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa and was treated and released.  37-year-old Jhony Arnaldi was transported by Country Corner EMS to St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa with head and arm injuries and was admitted in serious condition.
