While a recent report says Kansas farms are ahead of the national average when it comes to computer access, the ways producers get online is varied.

USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service Statistician Tony Dorn says cellular Internet is the most popular across the nation.

According to NASS, 85% of Kansas farms had access to computers in 2023. This is well above the national average of 69%.
