The extreme heat is causing some schedule changes in the area.

 The South Coffeyville School District announces cancellations and postponements due to the excessive heat. The softball game against Foyil scheduled for today is canceled. The start time for this Friday's football game against Welch has been pushed back. Friday's kick-off will now happen at 8pm.
