Second Fatality Accident in Two Days at Same Location

 

Two are dead after a two vehicle crash in Rogers County. The fatality collision happened just after 10:00am on Highway 28A at S 4230 Rd about three miles east of Foyil.

 

The driver of the 2005 Honda Pilot, 78-year-old Corwin Miller, and passenger, 68-year-old Carolyn Moore, both of Inola were both pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel. The driver of the 2002 Chevy Tahoe, 52-year-old Synthia Hoffman, of Chelsea, was transported by Air Evac to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was admitted in critical condition with head, internal and external injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

 

This is the second fatality crash in two days worked by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol at his location.
