A single vehicle crash in Rogers County leaves one injured and may have involved alcohol.

The Injury collision happened just before 7:00am on North South Road 4200, five miles west of Chelsea. A 2004 Honda ATV, driven by 55-year-old Kevin Stienbarger, was traveling southbound and for unknown reason struck a tree. Steinbarger was ejected around three to five feet from the ATV.

He was transported by Air Evac to St. John Hospital in Tulsa and admitted in fair condition with head and internal injuries. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper who investigated the incident noted the smell of alcohol on the driver.
