Four juvenile girls swimming over the weekend at a creek in Northeast Oklahoma were struck by lightning.
The Grand River Dam Authority Police Department says the incident took place around 10:45 Saturday morning at Blue Hole Park, located between Kenwood and Salina. GRDA spokesman Justin Alberty says two of the girls were taken to a Tulsa hospital, with the other two taken to a Pryor hospital.
No word has been given on the condition of the girls. The investigation is ongoing.
