A motorcycle / deer accident yesterday morning in McDonald County seriously injures the rider.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the accident took place just before 7:00 on Highway E, five miles south of Powell. 22-year-old Brendan Jensen of Apollo Beach, Florida was riding his Honda motorcycle when he struck a deer in the roadway.
Jensen, who was wearing a helmet, was transported to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas, with serious injuries.
