A manhunt in Pittsburg yesterday ends in capture.

 Pittsburg Police and the Crawford County Sheriff's Office captured Aaron Swink near South 220 Street in Pittsburg around 6:30 last night. Swink is the suspect in an incident that involved a car parked at a home being shot up overnight. He also exchanged gunfire with officers. Kansas Department of Corrections records show Swink being on parole from a conviction in 2015 on aggravated battery and kidnapping charges.

 No officers were injured while bringing Swink into custody. The KBI part of this investigation is ongoing, with several new charges expected.
