An Iola man is arrested for drugs in Chanute. 

Late last week officers with the Chanute Police Department were dispatched to the 500 block of N. Steuben Avenue in regards to a disturbance. In the process of the investigation, officers arrested 23-year-old Alec Nelson for alleged possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
