A man has been arrested after attacking Parsons Police Department officers in the nude.

Officers with the Parsons Police Department were called to the 1400 block of Grand Avenue for a 911 call regarding a potential case of domestic battery. At the scene was 30-year-old Dustin Almond, who began cursing at officers using sexist and racist language while in the nude. After being arrested, Almond became combative, attacking officers while being put in the patrol car and even charging the cell door in an attempt to fight and escape.

No serious injuries were reported by the officers. Almond refused all offers of medical assistance.

The police are requesting the Labette County Attorney's Office to file charges of domestic battery and three counts of felony battery of a law enforcement officer.
