A restaurant in downtown Coffeyville has closed. Lannings Downtown Grill on 9th St has closed its doors. The restaurant had been sold and opened up a 21 and over section all within the last year.
According to a Facebook post on the restaurant's page, this is not a decision they came to lightly. They say several factors played into the decision, including COVID, staffing, slow business, mismanagement and poor operations. The restaurant's page commented on the closing post saying the new owners locked up and walked away, but to stay tuned for something exciting to come from the original owners.
