A new sign is hanging up in downtown Coffeyville to show off part of this city's history. The Coffeyville Visitor and Convention Bureau has hung a new “Death Alley” sign to display the location where the Dalton Gang was taken down.

The sign was made by Wayne Joplin, of Joplin Blacksmith and Ironwork, here in Coffeyville. The sign was paid for courtesy of a grant from the Coffeyville Area Community Foundation.
