Parsons has returned full pressure to the city's water system.
As of 6 p.m. yesterday evening, water towers were at 103 feet. This morning at 6 a.m., the elevation within the towers eclipsed 115 feet.
The city said you may notice slight popping from your faucet as pressure returns and the air is leached from the system.
A dozen water samples are being collected by the city and will be analyzed as soon as possible. There is still a suggested, but not mandatory, boil order for the next 24 hours for any water being used to cook or to drink.
