The boil water advisory for the city of Caney has been rescinded.

A water line break occurred in Caney earlier last week causing an unsafe amount of water pressure to the city's water supply thus causing the boil water advisory.

Although the advisory has been lifted, some citizens have expressed their water is still not clean. If you are still uncertain about the safety of your water, you can still continue to boil your water to be safe or you can also try flushing your water until it's clear.
